Forest Bathing

Join us for a guided Forest Bathing Walk on Sunday, March 22, 2026, from 2:00–4:00 p.m. at Byers Woods.
This immersive, mindful nature experience will be led by Columbus-based massage therapist and energy healer, Heidi McClure. Participants are invited to slow down, connect deeply with the natural environment, reflect, and share in nature’s restorative and healing qualities.
Please bring water, a journal, and an optional folding chair. This program is limited to the first 12 registrants.
